New Habits

Starting any new habit can be exciting yet difficult.  I witness this on a weekly basis with current and potential client.  Some people say to successfully adopt a new habit that you must do it consecutively 20 times or for 30 days.  My passion is coaching people at any  fitness level to improve in order to reach their desired goals.  I strongly encourage you to plan for your short and long term goals, while focusing on proper eating and intense exercise one day at a time. You can only be your best in the present, so give yourself a gift and complete your wellness wishlist and make the transition into the healthier person who you have invisioned.
