Pat’s Power Hour is the name of the company which expresses a mantra that encourages maximizing your effort for a focused amount of time. I look forward to connecting with people who are serious  and those who are curious about making a change in their fitness and nutrition lifestyles.  Together we can inspire a great wellness change to improve, sustain and save many lives of people who have been denying themselves the opportunity to be healthier.

Patrick Quinn is a certified public high school teacher, motivational speaker and N.A.S.M certified personal fitness trainer; currently working on a Masters of Science in Exercise and Health Promotion at F.A.U.. I believe that people can be motivated and influenced to accomplished many great things once they recognize their own potential. This principle has been my foundation for influencing change in the lives of people who I have come across in various facets of life.
As a trainer I decided to combine my talents for teaching and motivating to make a better impact during training sessions. I have learned and implemented a variety of strategies to help people understand how to make a focused change in their lifestyle. Whether it is goal setting, exercising or nutritional advice, I have dedicated my self to learn more so you can earn better results and take charge of your life. The company’s mission is to educate, demonstrate and empower my clients to begin and maintain a fitness lifestyle by designing highly effective exercise programs and provide quality wellness consultation for improved living.

    Paterson is my trainer and I lost 55lbs in 3 months. The motivation knowledge and determination Paterson has is like no other. thx Paterson.
